Lieutenant Colonel Eric Sefa Boye (PhD) is a senior education officer in the Ghana Armed Forces and an experienced academic with expertise in mathematics education, pedagogy, and educational leadership. Prof. Dumitru Toader, PhD, is a senior professor and doctoral supervisor in Electrical Engineering at Politehnica University of Timișoara, with over four decades of academic and research experience.
