Alibek Mutushev embarked on his academic journey at the Kazakh National Technical University named after K. I. Satpayev, Almaty, where he pursued a Bachelor’s degree in Oil and Gas Engineering from 2008 to 2012. His dedication to the field led him to continue his studies at the same institution, completing a Master’s degree in Oil and Gas Engineering from 2013 to 2015. His quest for knowledge culminated in a Ph.D. from the Kazakh National University named after al-Farabi, Almaty, specializing in Chemical Technology of Explosives and Pyrotechnic Means from 2021 to 2023.

Dr. Mutushev has demonstrated remarkable leadership and expertise throughout his career. Since April 2024, he has been serving as the General Director at TОO “NPTC” Zhalyn in Almaty, overseeing financial and operational activities, ensuring legal compliance, and managing inter-departmental coordination. Prior to this role, he was the Deputy General Director for Science at the same organization from March 2020 to April 2024, where he was responsible for scientific research, project coordination, and market analysis. His career began with a role as a Scientific Employee at TОO “NPTC” Zhalyn from April 2017 to March 2020, where he contributed to solving scientific problems and enhancing research methodologies. Additionally, he worked as a Lecturer at ITK Almaty from October 2016 to June 2017, imparting professional knowledge and employing advanced pedagogical techniques.
