Prof. Dr. Mohamed Mansour El-Loly is a distinguished scholar with expertise in Dairy Science Chemistry and Technology. Currently, Prof. El-Loly serves as Professor Emeritus at the Dairy Department, Food Industries and Nutrition Research Institute, National Research Centre (NRC) in Giza, Egypt. He has played pivotal roles as Principal Investigator, Co-PI, and member of various research projects, contributing extensively to advancements in dairy science.
