Currently, Hřibňák is a Ph.D. candidate at the Police Academy of the Czech Republic in Prague, focusing on “Security Management and Criminology.” His research aims to enhance police operations’ efficiency through artificial intelligence, particularly by applying large language models to reduce administrative burdens. His career spans significant roles, including serving in the South Moravian Regional Police Directorate from 2006 to 2023. He specialized in international police cooperation, particularly through the Police Cooperation Center Mikulov – Drasenhofen, where he facilitated direct collaboration between Czech and Austrian criminal police forces. Since 2023, he has been with the Department of Police Education and Training, focusing on integrating modern technologies and AI into police education.
