Dr. Deepak S. Khobragade is a distinguished academician, administrator, and pharmaceutical professional with over two decades of experience spanning higher education and the pharmaceutical industry. He is currently serving as Professor and Dean (Academics) at Datta Meghe College of Pharmacy, a constituent college of Datta Meghe Institute of Higher Education and Research (DMIHER), Wardha, Maharashtra, where he plays a pivotal role in academic leadership, curriculum development, and institutional growth. Dr. Khobragade has extensive graduate and postgraduate teaching experience, coupled with strong expertise in pharmaceutics, pharmaceutical formulations, and regulatory affairs. His academic journey includes a Ph.D. in Pharmaceutics from R.T.M. Nagpur University, with a research focus on sustained-release drug delivery systems. He also holds an M.Pharm. and B.Pharm., along with additional qualifications in Bioethics and Psychology, reflecting his multidisciplinary approach to education and human development. Before transitioning fully into academia, Dr. Khobragade gained valuable industry exposure with reputed organizations such as Zydus Cadila and Micro Labs Ltd., where he worked in U.S. and European regulatory affairs, strengthening his practical and compliance-oriented perspective. His academic career includes leadership roles as Professor, Associate Professor, Head of Department, Principal, and Dean, demonstrating his strong administrative and strategic capabilities.
