Dr. Muzaheed is an Associate Professor of Microbiology with over 15 years of academic and research experience in clinical and molecular microbiology. He holds a PhD in Microbiology and has authored 34 peer-reviewed publications, receiving over 1,057 citations with an h-index of 13. His research focuses on antimicrobial resistance, carbapenem-resistant pathogens, colistin resistance, healthcare-associated infections, and diagnostic microbiology. He has led and contributed to multiple competitively funded research projects and holds patents in probiotics and microbial diagnostics.
