His academic journey culminated in 2014 with dual Ph.D. degrees: one in Molecular Biology from the University of Ouagadougou and another in Molecular Physiology and Genetics from Blaise Pascal University in France.

Since 2022, he has served as the President of the International Center for the Promotion and Development of Teaching, Research, and Innovation in Africa (CIPVERIA), a non-profit association in Burkina Faso. Dr. Bayala is also the Executive Director of the Burkina Faso Center for Research and Fight against Cancer and Other Non-communicable Diseases (CERLUC-MNT), a role he has held since 2017. Additionally, he is an Assistant Professor at the University Norbert Zongo and a teacher-researcher in Biochemistry-Molecular Biology at Norbert Zongo University since 2014.
