Dr. A. Nithyakarpagam is an accomplished academic in the field of commerce, specializing in Accountancy, Company Law, and Human Resource Management. She is currently serving as an Assistant Professor in the Department of Commerce at St. Joseph University, Nagaland, where she contributes to both undergraduate and postgraduate teaching. Her academic journey reflects a strong commitment to continuous learning, culminating in an ongoing Ph.D. in Corporate Secretaryship at Alagappa University. Her doctoral research focuses on the Efficacy of the Real Estate (Regulation and Development) Act, 2016, examining its impact on real estate promoters and allottees in Tamil Nadu. Currently serving as an Assistant Professor in the MBA Department at Shri Sant Gajanan Maharaj College of Engineering, Shegaon, he brings extensive interdisciplinary expertise combining engineering, finance, and management.
