Tah Pascar Tagwan is an accounting and sustainability researcher with strong interdisciplinary training in finance, accounting, and data analytics. Dr. A. Nithyakarpagam is an accomplished academic in the field of commerce, specializing in Accountancy, Company Law, and Human Resource Management. She is currently serving as an Assistant Professor in the Department of Commerce at St. Joseph University, Nagaland, where she contributes to both undergraduate and postgraduate teaching. Her academic journey reflects a strong commitment to continuous learning, culminating in an ongoing Ph.D. in Corporate Secretaryship at Alagappa University. Her doctoral research focuses on the Efficacy of the Real Estate (Regulation and Development) Act, 2016, examining its impact on real estate promoters and allottees in Tamil Nadu. She also holds an M.Com, an M.Phil in Management, and an MBA in Corporate Secretaryship, in addition to pursuing the Associate Company Secretary (ACS) qualification. Dr. Nithyakarpagam has more than eight years of teaching experience and has taught a wide range of subjects, including Financial Accounting, Corporate Accounting, Partnership Accounting, Research Methodology, Retail Management, and Management Accounting. Her early teaching career began in schools, where she served as both a Computer Science Teacher and a PG Assistant in Accountancy, before transitioning to higher education. Her research involvement spans several years, with experience in both M.Phil and Ph.D. research activities. She has also contributed administratively as a Coordinator for the Training and Placement Cell at Dr. Umayal Ramanathan College for Women, Karaikudi. With a strong foundation in commerce and management education, Dr. Nithyakarpagam continues to advance her expertise and contribute meaningfully to academic and professional development within her discipline.
