Dr. A. Nithyakarpagam is an accomplished academic in the field of commerce, specializing in Accountancy, Company Law, and Human Resource Management. She is currently serving as an Assistant Professor in the Department of Commerce at St. Joseph University, Nagaland, where she contributes to both undergraduate and postgraduate teaching. Gowrishankar holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Human Resource Management from Annamalai University and a Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech.) in Information Technology from Periyar Maniammai University.
