Since 2016, Naseri-Salahshour has served as a Clinical Nurse Educator, shaping future healthcare professionals through practical and theoretical instruction. Fatemeh Jafari Pour, born on December 14, 1990, embarked on her academic journey with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Lorestan University of Medical Sciences, graduating in 2013. She continued her studies at the same institution, earning a Master of Science in Critical Care Nursing in 2018. Her MSc thesis, “Assessment of patients’ perception about humane caring quality in critical care units via the Persian version of the Revised Humane Caring Scale,” was supervised by Dr. Fateme Goudarzi and advised by Dr. Farzad Ebrahimzadeh and Dr. Tarja Kvist.

🏥Professional Endeavors 

Fatemeh’s professional career began as a nurse in the Pediatric Intensive Care Unit (PICU) and Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) at Madani Hospital, where she worked from 2013 to 2015. She transitioned to academia, serving as a clinical instructor for nursing students in various institutions, including Khorramabad Nursing and Midwifery School and Dezful University of Medical Sciences. Since 2021, she has been a faculty member and clinical instructor at the Nursing School, Behbahan Faculty of Medical Sciences.
